RossMayfield has a great saying: Great things happen when great people gather together. I have no doubt that this event will prove this true. So why a session (or sessions) on SavingTheWorld? Because a little intentionality can go a long way. I think there's an unspoken commonality that draws many (all?) of the folks to events like this. Sure, we want to meet and hang out with cool people, sure we want to geek out. But there's something else, something that usually is left unsaid. We all want to make the world a better place. Making this goal explicit is a good thing. I'd like to have an open discussion with a group as diverse and eclectic as possible. I think a set of concrete outcomes are possible, even with a topic this general, and I'd like to explore that. Please add your thoughts!
