Not all of Scrum, but: * pace of work is intense * you can produce more than you thought you could in 20 minutes applying some simple rules * rewards of in-the-room customer * separation of authority: customer "owns" requirements * synergy is a blast! (but you knew that!) What learned: (thanks to team # 3 for your patience!) * creating a brochure works for developers, but a different task might allow *writers* to focus more on the process.
