The Really Open Source Conference

aka FOSDEM 2006, a conference that doesn't cost a thousand dollars to go to because, ya know, lots of open source developers don't actually get paid to work on open source code. For a few days in late February, all available couches, floors and hammocks (do they have those in Belgium?) will be filled by developers who care more about creating than about comfortable sleeping arrangements.

And I will be one of them.

Since I have found myself quite suddenly (and happily) living in Europe I have no excuse whatsoever for not making the short hop over to Brussels and enjoying fine beer with some good friends.

If you'll also be there, look me up. I'll be hanging with the Drupal crew, 'cause they pack tha heat.
