Flock Bounty: NS_FRAME_OUTSIDE_CHILDREN

Anybody who has run a debug build of Flock lately (I am guessing this is realistically about... 10 people) may have noticed a huge amount of errors all over the place that look like this:

They started showing up sometime around when we updated to 1.5 and drive me absolutely batty. So, lazyweb, since I do not have the time to debug this, send me a patch to fix this bug, or give me the information leading to the death of it and I'll happily send $50 (or €50 if you are a way-cool-European). Make the hurting stop.

Update Looks like Erwan has done the research, maybe he'll be okay with splitting the bounty between himself and the person who committed the patch to Mozilla's CVS.
