All you folks who use setuptools will be happy to know that i have started .egg'ing all my files and adding them to PyPI. Installing workspace is as easy as typing easy_install workspace. w00t. It also expanded its plugin system to include command line extensibility.
On a related note, sprinkles has been packaged as well, as has the OS X gvim workspace saving part of the workspace tool, (workspace_plugins_gvim for now).
Feels nice to have finally read all those docs and gotten some libraries uploaded to PyPI.
